Chris Bradford

Chris Bradford has extensive experience in business transformation and change management. Chris most recently worked as the Director of Business Transformation at KION Group starting in 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Transformation Programme Director at Belron® International from 2021 to 2022, where they led a technology and transformation program and set up and led the UK Business Transformation Office. From 2019 to 2020, they were the VP Technology Portfolio Delivery at Carnival UK, leading the delivery of technology-enabled business change. Chris also held roles such as Global Change Director at Bupa Global from 2016 to 2019, Head of Change at Tilney Group from 2014 to 2016, and Head of Business Change at LeasePlan from 2012 to 2014. Chris'searlier positions include roles at Ally, GMAC FS, and GMAC/Residential Capital Corporation focused on IT planning, governance, and program management.

Chris Bradford attended Manchester University from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained an honors degree. Chris also pursued an MBA, which was completed at Westminster University during the same time period.
