Richelle Moulin-Geisen, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Richelle began their career in 2009 at the University of Denver Registrar's Office, where they worked as a Student Customer Service Representative, providing assistance to students and maintaining office organization.
In 2012, Richelle joined The Bawmann Group as an Intern, eventually becoming an Account Coordinator. In this role, they managed marketing and communications projects for multiple clients, coordinated events, and managed client social media profiles.
Currently, Richelle works at KIPP Colorado Public Schools, where they have held various positions since 2016. Richelle started as a Human Capital Associate and later became the Human Capital Manager & Title IX Coordinator. In this role, they guided the organization in adhering to changing regulations, implemented discrimination and harassment reporting procedures, advised managers on personnel issues, and oversaw all HR functions for around 300 employees. Richelle also supervised a team member and conducted feedback-gathering efforts with staff.
Prior to their current position, Richelle served as the Director of Human Resources & Regional Title IX Coordinator and Interim Director of Human Resources & Title IX Coordinator at KIPP Colorado Public Schools.

Richelle Moulin-Geisen, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus in Marketing and a minor in Sociology from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Richelle also completed a semester abroad at the Corvinus University of Budapest in 2011, earning another BSBA degree in Marketing and studying Hungarian Language and Culture. In addition to their education, they have obtained several certifications, including the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in 2021 and the K-12 Title IX Coordinator Certification from the Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA) in 2019.
