Brittnee Kennedy has a significant amount of experience in the education sector. Brittnee most recently worked as the Principal at KIPP Antioch College Prep Elementary at KIPP Nashville Public Schools. Prior to that, they held roles as the Assistant Principal and Principal in Residence at the same organization. Before joining KIPP Nashville, they worked at East End Prep as the Dean of Curriculum and Instruction K-2, focusing on math, science, and social studies. Brittnee also served as a Teacher at East End Prep and Rutherford County Schools. Furthermore, they gained experience as a Classroom Culture & Content Instructor at The New Teacher Project. Brittnee Kennedy completed their Bachelor of Social Work degree at Tuskegee University from 2003 to 2006. Brittnee then pursued a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 2006 to 2007.
