Damion Clark has extensive work experience in the education field. Damion started their career at Georgia State University in 2003 as an Instructor and later moved to the University of Maryland College Park, where they worked as an Instructor from 2006 to 2010. In 2011, Clark joined Democracy Prep Public Schools as a High School English Teacher and Department Chair. Damion created and taught various English courses, managed a team of 8 teachers, and led the English department in vertical alignment.
In 2014, Clark joined KIPP Public Schools Northern California as a High School English Teacher and Department Chair.
