Leah Collazo

Leah Collazo is a seasoned recruitment professional currently serving as the Senior Manager of Recruitment and Talent Strategy at KIPP Foundation since March 2023. Previously, Leah held the role of Equitable Talent Sourcer at Asana from October 2021 to November 2022, where strategic talent mapping focused on historically marginalized prospects. Leah's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Recruitment Associate at KIPP NYC, where responsibilities included developing team training and utilizing data platforms to enhance talent strategy. Leah began their career as a Recruitment Associate at KIPP NYC, managing full-cycle recruiting to fill multiple complex searches. Leah holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication with a concentration in Intercultural Communication from SUNY Geneseo and has pursued continuing education at the School of Visual Arts.
