Geraldine Galindo

Geraldine Galindo has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Geraldine is currently working as a Business Operations Manager at KIPP SoCal Public Schools since April 2022. Before their role at Related Companies, Geraldine worked at Ednovate Inc from July 2017 to June 2020. Geraldine held two positions during their tenure: Parent Engagement & Student Recruitment Coordinator and Assistant Dean of Culture. As the Parent Engagement & Student Recruitment Coordinator, they launched a parent ambassador program, organized community resource fairs, and designed recruitment plans. As the Assistant Dean of Culture, they developed behavior plans, reduced suspensions, and supported classroom observations.

Prior to Ednovate Inc, Geraldine worked at THINK Together from 2013 to 2017. Geraldine held the positions of Site Coordinator and Program Leader.
