With a background in technical support help desk, supervisory roles in the US Navy, and positions at healthcare institutions, Lester has honed their skills in client relationships, software integration, and client satisfaction. Currently serving as the Vice President of Client Success at Kipu Health, Lester leads teams to provide excellent service and build strong relationships with clients in the substance abuse industry. Additionally, Lester has a solid educational foundation with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and Finance from Nova Southeastern University.
