Takashi Takimoto

Engaged in research on automation systems, unmanned aerial vehicles, etc. Takashi's specialty is system control engineering. In 2008, when he was a researcher of the Intellectual Cluster Creation Project, he obtained four patents related to robot picking and image processing. Introduced post-use injection drug automatic processing system using this to Kokura Memorial Hospital. In 2012, he established a venture company to utilize research results. He has developed a dog-like robot "Hana-chan" that measures the smell of feet, and has been featured in many media not only in Japan but also overseas. In 2018, he wrote a book on unmanned aerial vehicles, which is used as a textbook for drone training. To date, we have conducted joint research with 20 companies and developed more than 50 joint products.
