Raphael Boutin

Raphael Boutin has extensive experience in maintenance management within the mining industry, currently serving as the Process Plant Maintenance Manager at Agnico Eagle Mines Limited since March 2022 and also at Kirkland Lake Gold since October 2021. Prior to these roles, Raphael was the Mill Maintenance Superintendent at Newgold from April 2019 to October 2021, following a career break. Previous positions include Plant Maintenance Manager and Process Plant Maintenance Superintendent at Detour Gold Corporation from February 2014 to July 2018, and Field Supervisor at Blais Industries Inc. from 2004 to 2013. Raphael holds an education background in industrial maintenance from 1996 to 2000.
