Tushar Chavan

Tushar Chavan is a Senior Engineer at Kirloskar Pneumatic, specializing in new product development for reciprocating compressors and related sizing and selection tools since August 2022. Additionally, Tushar serves as the Program Lead for the Student Mentorship Program at the NGO We Listen and contributes as an Outreach Volunteer for NIRMAN For Youth. Tushar has a background in sports as a Cricket Umpire for the Cricket Umpires and Scorers Association in Aurangabad and previously interned with Bhumi in corporate social responsibility events. Other roles include Project Manager and Vehicle Dynamics Engineer for Team Endurance Racing and Design and Research Head at Trident Labs. Tushar holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, earned in 2023.
