Arash Moin

Arash Moin, P.E. is an accomplished water resources engineering professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Water Resources Manager at Kismet Consulting, Inc., since January 2024, Arash has previously held significant roles including Senior Water Resources Engineer at Rani Engineering and Civil Engineer-Water Resources at KLJ. Additionally, Arash has worked in various capacities at Stonebrooke Engineering, Alliant Engineering, Inc., and the Minnesota Department of Transportation, beginning a career in water resources that dates back to 2007. Arash holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Water Resources from the University of Minnesota, earned in 2009.
