Scott K. began their career in 2011 as an Implementation Specialist and Software Training Specialist for Source Medical. In 2013, they moved to Physicians Endoscopy as a Business Manager. In 2014, they joined Kit Check as Senior Director of Operations, Customer Success, and Support, where they managed three different product teams, a 24/7/365 Customer Support Department, and the Supply Chain and Logistics Department. Scott was later promoted to Director of Customer Success and Support, Director of Customer Support, Senior Implementation Manager/Team Lead, and Implementation Manager.

Scott K. has a MA and BA in History from the University at Albany, SUNY. Scott also holds certifications from the Project Management Institute (Project Management Professional (PMP)), CompTIA (Network +), and Teetch (Leadership Certificate). Scott obtained the PMP certification in May 2016 and the Network + certification in July 2015.
