Natalia Dorfman

Natalia Dorfman is the CEO and Co-Founder of Kita, a carbon insurance company established in October 2021, dedicated to enabling the scalability of carbon removal projects through specialized insurance products. Prior to Kita, Natalia was a Co-Founder in the second cohort of Carbon13, a venture builder aimed at addressing the climate crisis, from September 2021 to June 2022. Natalia's tenure at Clyde & Co from May 2013 to September 2021 included roles such as Head of Business Development for Services and Head of New Business, where focus areas included climate change, energy transition, and product development. Earlier experience includes client development roles at O'Melveny & Myers LLP from 2006 to 2013 and a position as a Junior Writer at Medical Marketing & Media in 2005-2006. Natalia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Duke University, obtained in 2005.
