Clay Cornwell

Clay Cornwell is a seasoned construction project manager with extensive experience in overseeing various construction and development projects. Currently serving as a Construction Project Manager at Kitchell since March 2018, Clay previously held the position of Project Director at Balfour Beatty Investments from September 2013 to March 2018, where responsibilities included managing capital improvements and public/private partnerships for military housing at Mountain Home Air Force Base. Earlier roles include Construction Project Professional at APSI Construction Management, where Clay provided management services for federal lease projects, and Project Manager at Lundgren Management, overseeing the Cuesta College Performing Arts Theater. Clay's career began as an Intern Architect at Albertsons and includes diverse experience as a carpenter and general builder. Clay earned a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Idaho and has a background in naval architecture from the United States Naval Academy.
