Johnathan Coates, Assoc. DBIA, is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and construction leadership. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at Kitchell since March 2023, Johnathan has previously held significant roles such as Senior Construction Project Manager at Jonathan Rose Companies and Director of Construction at Catalyst Housing Group. With a career spanning over two decades, Johnathan's positions have included Vice President of Construction Management at McCormack Baron Salazar, Senior Construction Manager at Essex Property Trust, and Senior Vice President of Construction at Sunrise Senior Living, among others.
