Kevin vander Molen Aia

Kevin Vander Molen, AIA, is an experienced architectural and construction professional currently serving as Project Director at Kitchell since July 2010, where responsibilities include resource allocation, project monitoring, and overseeing estimating and design build protocols. Previous roles include Vice President of Development at Meritage Development Group from August 2006 to January 2010, managing a significant retail development project in Wasilla, AK. At Turner Construction, from March 1997 to July 2006, Kevin played a key role in establishing the Arizona office and overseeing financial results as Business Unit Manager and Project Director. Earlier experience as Senior Construction Manager at Del Webb involved comprehensive management of design-build projects in commercial development. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Architecture with a focus on Structures and Solar Energy from the University of Arizona and a Certificate in Construction Management from Arizona State University.
