Rachel Riccardella

Rachel Riccardella has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Rachel began their career as an intern at the American Academy of Arts and Sciences in 2004. Rachel then worked as an Assistant Vice President at State Street Corporation from 2005 to 2012. In 2012, they founded their own consulting business, Rachel Riccardella, where they worked as a writer, editor, CR and communications consultant until 2015. Following this, they served as a board member at Boston Dance Alliance from 2007 to 2013. From 2013 to 2019, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Kite Insights, eventually progressing to the role of Director. In 2019, they became the Head of Thought Leadership and Communication at Kite Insights before being promoted to Head of Strategic Communications in 2023. Additionally, they are currently a Town Meeting Member at the Town of Milton, MA, starting in 2021.

Rachel Riccardella attended Boston College from 1999 to 2003 where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. Following this, they enrolled at Boston University from 2003 to 2005 and completed a Master of Science degree in Public Relations.
