Heath Fear

Heath Fear joined Kite Realty Group as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in November 2018.

Prior to joining KRG, Mr. Fear served as CFO at GGP Inc., and was previously CFO at Retail Properties of America, Inc. Mr. Fear has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and English from John Carroll University.
