Leroy Castelino

Leroy Castelino possesses extensive expertise in IT and master data management, currently serving as the Master Data Lead at Kitopi since December 2021, where responsibility includes leading a global product database across five countries with a strong focus on data integrity and product lifecycle management in the FMCG, beauty, and apparel sectors. Previously, Leroy held significant roles at Al-Futtaim from February 2016 to November 2021, including Manager of System & Master Data, where new processes for master data management were designed for over 100 stores and five warehouses. Earlier experience includes positions at Marks and Spencer and Al-Futtaim, where Leroy focused on SAP master data maintenance and pricing strategies. Leroy's educational background includes an Engineer's degree in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University and specialized training in web component development and ASP.NET from NIIT Institute.
