Malvika Gupta

Malvika Gupta is currently serving as a Strategy Manager at Kitopi since October 2023. Previously, Malvika worked as a Consultant at Intellecap from May 2022 to October 2023, focusing on strategy development and implementing action plans for the manufacturing and retail sectors. At The/Nudge Institute, from March 2018 to April 2020, Malvika excelled as a Senior Associate, designing programs for the gig economy, conducting impactful research, and making policy recommendations to governments and startups. Prior experience includes serving as an Audit Assistant at Deloitte from August 2016 to February 2018, where Malvika performed reviews of financial statements, and a summer internship at Ericsson in June 2015, focusing on KPI analysis. Malvika holds an MBA from INSEAD and a B.Com. Honours degree from Lady Shri Ram College For Women.
