Michel Nahas is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in enhancing operational efficiency and driving strategic initiatives. Currently serving as the Operations Excellence Director at Kitopi since March 2020, Michel oversees the development and execution of long-term operational plans and has played a key role in building audit standards and training teams for internal and external audits. Previously, as Director of Operations for the UAE at Kitopi, Michel developed KPIs and led teams to achieve operational goals through the digitalization of solutions. Michel's earlier career includes over 14 years at Majid Al Futtaim, where achievements spanned successful project executions, significant profit margin increases, and store renovations. Holding an MBA from Lebanese American University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Business from Emeritus, Michel combines strong educational credentials with a robust professional track record in operations management.
