Charles R. holds extensive banking leadership experience, currently serving as Executive Vice President & Chief Retail Banking Officer at Kitsap Bank since 2018. Charles has previously held senior roles at Banner Bank as SVP/Retail Division Manager, and at KeyBank as Vice President of Human Resources and Area Leader for Retail and Business Banking. Early career roles include branch management at Charter One Bank and a significant auditing position at Merchants Bank NA. Charles is actively involved in community service, having served on the Board of Directors for Kids Discovery Museum and as a Leadership Cabinet Member for March of Dimes. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Saint Joseph's College and an MBA from Fitchburg State University, along with advanced banking education from the Pacific Coast Banking School.
