Glen Co

Glen Co has extensive work experience in the field of technology and IT support. Glen started their career in 2002 as a LinkSys technical support specialist at Link2Support in the Philippines. In 2003, they moved to ClientLogic, where they worked as a DELL Technical Support Engineer. In 2006, Glen joined Comcast Cable as a Technical Support Engineer for a brief period of time.

Later in 2006, Glen joined Kitsap Credit Union and held various roles within the organization. Glen started as a Desktop Support Technician, where they provided workstation administration, software troubleshooting, and support for Nortel phone systems and contact centers. In 2010, they became a System Administrator, and in 2011, they were promoted to the role of an Enterprise Applications Engineer. As an Enterprise Applications Engineer, Glen was primarily responsible for the upgrades, maintenance, development, design, and troubleshooting of all Enterprise application systems and servers. Glen had expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP configuration, and Microsoft Exchange servers.

In 2019, Glen transitioned to the role of a Database Analyst/Administrator at Kitsap Credit Union, where they were responsible for database administration and analysis. Glen'smost recent role at the organization is that of a Data Architect, which they started in January 2021.

Glen Co's education history shows that in 1995-1999, they attended Saint Louis University and obtained a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering. In 2014, they acquired the Juniper Networks Certified Specialist, Enterprise Routing & Switching (JNCIS-ENT) certification from Juniper Networks. Glen Co also obtained the JNCIA - Junos and JNCIS-ENT certifications from Juniper Networks in the same year, although the exact month for JNCIA - Junos is unknown.
