Glenn Rowe

Glenn Rowe is a Senior Principal Engineer at Kittelson & Associates, Inc., a position held since November 2018. Prior to this role, Glenn served as the Chief of Highway Safety and Transportation Operations at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) from May 1983 to September 2018. Glenn holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University, completed between 1979 and 1984.
