Rap Paulavicius has several years of experience in talent acquisition and human resource management, with expertise in recruiting for tech roles. Rap has worked as a Senior Talent Architect at BCG Digital Ventures and also as a Tech Recruiter at Wayfair. Rap has taken on various interim or freelance roles as a TA Manager or Head of People for different companies, including Neuraum Ventures GmbH and Hortiya. At ARIVE, they worked as a People Team Lead (Talent Acquisition) for a luxury product startup and helped enable post-Series A hyper-growth. Their experience includes recruiting from C-level to individual contributors across all functions, building specialized teams and organizations for ventures, and executing talent strategies using Agile methodologies. Currently, they are set to become the Head of People at Kittl in 2023.
Rap Paulavicius earned a Bachelor of Arts with Combined Honours in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Exeter between 2014 to 2017. Prior to this, they attended the European School of Luxembourg from 2006 to 2014 and earned a European Baccalaureate, however, no field of study was provided.
