Dolores Ruzafa Casanova has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Dolores started their career as a Freelance Teacher / Trainer in 1994, where they provided customized professional English classes to various customers in different industries. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Sales Coordinator at Technalloy, where they were responsible for coordinating between the manufacturing plant in Germany and customers in Spain. Dolores also handled accounting, invoicing, and customer visits.

In 2010, Dolores joined Symantec as an Inside Sales Officer covering over 20 countries in EMEA. Dolores consistently exceeded targets during their time there and demonstrated a strong drive for challenges.
