Martha Brantley

Martha Brantley has an extensive and varied work experience. Martha is currently serving as the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships at Kiva since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Shared Interest as the Director of Strategic Partnerships from March 2018 to October 2022. Before that, they held the position of Director of Business Development at the Clinton Development Initiative, within the William Jefferson Clinton Foundation, from April 2011 to February 2018. Their work focused on large-scale economic development and poverty alleviation through agricultural investments in countries like Malawi, Tanzania, and Mozambique. Martha also has experience in risk arbitrage and event-driven investing as a former employee at D. E. Shaw & Co. from June 2006 to October 2010. Martha began their career as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company from September 2001 to May 2003.

Martha Brantley earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Yale University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001.
