Fredy Rubio

Fredy R. has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Fredy is currently working as a Product Support Specialist at Kivuto Solutions since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Data Analyst at Tuorden from March 2018 to August 2020, where they collected and analyzed business data, produced reports, and implemented strategies to maximize profits.

Fredy also has experience as a Business Analyst at COVIAL S.A. from May 2015 to March 2017, where they assisted the financial manager in analyzing business operations and solving inefficiencies.

Fredy served as the Director of Operations at Respiro Car-Sharing Colombia from March 2014 to February 2015, where they optimized fleet operations and implemented a new KPI monitoring system based on big data analysis.

Prior to that, Fredy worked as an Operations Manager at CITY PARKING from October 2012 to February 2014, leading a team of 60+ people and managing operations.

Fredy also has experience as a Customer Service Representative at SAFRA from December 2011 to September 2012, as a Project Manager at Ministerio Nacional de Defensa from July 2009 to August 2011, as a Senior Analyst at Fondo Nacional Economico from November 2005 to April 2009, and as a Customer Service Representative at Banco de Bogota from January 1997 to March 2002.

Fredy R. has a diverse education history. In 1999 to 2003, they attended Universidad EAN and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General. Fredy then pursued higher education at the same institution in 2007 to 2008 and earned a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General. In 2018, Fredy attended Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology where they completed a degree in Business Administration and Management, General. From 2020 to 2021, they returned to Algonquin College and focused on studying Business Intelligence System & Infrastructure, but did not obtain a specific degree.
