Darcy Daubaras

Darcy Daubaras, CPA, CA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at HIVE Digital Technologies LTD since November 2018. Additionally, Darcy has been an active member and former President of the Kiwanis Club of Vancouver since 2003. Previous roles include Senior Finance Consultant at FINCAD, Finance Manager at Exeter Resource Corporation, and Chief Financial Officer positions at Rugby Mining Ltd and Extorre Gold Mines. Past experience also encompasses roles as Director of Corporate Accounting at Mercer International Inc. and as a Manager in Reporting & Compliance at P&O Ports Canada inc. Darcy’s career began at Ernst & Young, where the position held was Manager in Audit Services. Educational qualifications include a Chartered Accountant designation from the School of Chartered Accountancy, a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Victoria, and completion of the Board Dynamics Program at the Institute of Corporate Directors in March 2023.
