Justin Snarski is an experienced business transformation leader with a robust background in customer experience, product management, and marketing across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Business Transformation Lead at Kiwibank, Justin is instrumental in delivering improved customer experiences and optimizing processes within the Borrow Programme. Previous roles include Senior Commercial Product Manager, Senior Customer Experience Manager, and Manager Propositions, where Justin focused on developing strategies and customer-centric journeys.
