Steven Davey

Steven Davey has over two decades of experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the Senior Business Transformation Lead at Kiwibank since May 2006. At Kiwibank, Steven has held various key roles including Senior Commercial Product Manager, Value Stream Lead for Lending, and Head of Optimisation for Business Banking, driving transformation initiatives and implementing the nCino cloud banking platform. Prior to Kiwibank, Steven held leadership positions at Bank of New Zealand as Head of Business Marketing and Strategy, and at Westpac New Zealand as Head of Consumer Lending, contributing significantly to product development and strategic initiatives. Steven's educational background includes a B Com DipGrad in Finance, Economics, and Accounting from the University of Otago and a CIMS 4 certification in Crisis/Emergency Management.
