Chuck Goss

Chuck Goss has over 15 years of work experience in the technology industry. Chuck is currently the VP of Engineering at Kizen, where they lead a team of engineers working on a dynamic CRM/MAP/CX product. Prior to this role, Chuck served as the Director of Engineering at Kizen, where they played a key role in scaling the python environment for many thousands of users and streamlining engineering processes.

Before joining Kizen, Chuck worked at Dun & Bradstreet for eight years, starting as a Sales Consultant and progressing to Senior Director, Software Engineering. In this role, they were responsible for $130M in annual revenue and oversaw four products in the Sales & Marketing Solutions business unit. Chuck also led a lean team of software engineers and was involved in architecture decisions and collaborations with executive leadership and product teams.

Chuck's earlier experience includes roles at Spiceworks, Blackbaud, Convio, and Triand, Inc. At Spiceworks, they worked as a Senior Full Stack Developer, employing behavioral analytics and Agile methodologies to guide development priorities. At Blackbaud, Chuck served as a Staff Software Engineer, leading a client-driven organization that developed software for non-profit organizations on the force.com platform. Chuck also worked at Convio as a Staff Software Engineer, where they played a crucial role in bringing a new product to a competitive market position on the native force.com platform.

Furthermore, Chuck worked at Triand, Inc. as a Software Developer, pioneering continuous release development and SaaS delivery in the K-12 education industry. Chuck was involved in extensive tuning of JVM, DB, and Linux runtime environments.

Chuck Goss obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Systems from The University of Texas at Arlington - College of Business. Chuck attended this institution from 2002 to 2005. In addition to their degree, Chuck Goss also holds a certification as a Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Advanced Developer, which they obtained from Salesforce.com in February 2012.
