Kamil Grzesik

Kamil Grzesik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in production engineering and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Production Engineer and Production Supervisor at KK Wind Solutions since June 2019, Kamil focuses on planning and overseeing team operations, ensuring timely achievement of production goals, managing documentation, implementing new products and technologies, facilitating daily meetings, and enhancing team competencies. Prior to this role, Kamil was a Proxy Leader at Amazon from November 2017 to May 2019, overseeing a team of up to 50 individuals, ensuring process continuity, and driving process improvements. Kamil holds a Master’s degree in Management and Production Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin.
