Gavin Gray

Gavin Gray is the Chief Operating Officer at K&L Gates. Gavin has over 18 years of experience in law firm management and has held various leadership positions at Baker & McKenzie, K&L Gates, and other firms.

Gray started their career at Baker & McKenzie in 2002 as the Director of Global Technology Projects. In this role, they were responsible for leading the firm's global technology initiatives and projects. Gavin then became the Executive Director of the Washington, DC office in 2007, where they oversaw all operational aspects of the office. In 2015, they were promoted to Regional Operating Officer of North America, where they were responsible for all business services functions for the 900 lawyers in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Gray joined K&L Gates in 2020 as the Chief Operating Officer. In this role, they are responsible for the strategic and operational management of the firm. Gavin works closely with the firm's partners and clients to ensure that the firm provides the highest quality of service.
