Taylor Cain

Taylor Cain has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. They started their career in 2009 as a Team Lead at a Chick-fil-A franchise, gaining experience in assisting the management team and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. They then moved on to become an Assistant Director at Primrose Schools, where they were responsible for creating policies, managing staff, and overseeing daily operations.

In 2018, Taylor became an Assistant Bar Manager at Bad Daddy's Burger Bar, where they handled various business aspects of the bar, such as maintaining licenses, managing budgets, and organizing promotional events. They also gained experience in conflict resolution and scheduling.

From 2017 to 2021, Taylor worked as a Director at The Peach Pit Gymnastics, where they developed the curriculum and trained staff. They were responsible for supervising interactions with children and assisting in team management meetings.

In 2022, Taylor joined Guidepost Montessori as the Head of School. In this role, they focused on creating a high-quality learning experience for children and a supportive work environment for staff. They developed strategic plans, built strong community relationships, ensured profitability targets were met, and resolved various challenges.

Lastly, in 2019, Taylor became an Executive Director at KLASCHOOLS, where they quickly achieved a promotion to School Director. They managed school operations, ensured compliance with regulations, and fostered a culture of professionalism. They were responsible for overseeing a team of thirty staff.

Throughout their career, Taylor has consistently shown strong leadership skills, a dedication to creating positive environments, and the ability to meet and exceed goals.

Taylor Cain has a strong background in education, with a focus on early childhood education and teaching. They attended Kennesaw State University from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree. During their time at Kennesaw State University, Taylor studied Early Childhood Education and Teaching.

Prior to their time at Kennesaw State University, Taylor attended Albany State University from 2011 to 2013. At Albany State University, they also pursued a Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree, with a specialization in Early Childhood Education and Teaching.

In addition to their education, Taylor has obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills and qualifications. They earned a certification in Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED from the American Red Cross in January 2022. In June 2019, they completed the Serve Safe certification in Food Hygiene Training Services Pty Ltd. Furthermore, in October 2018, Taylor earned an Educational Paraprofessional certification from the Georgia Association of Educators.
