Huimin Ouyang

Huimin Ouyang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at KLA-Tencor since August 2006, currently serving as Strategic Technology Sourcing Manager. In this role, Huimin leads the Optics Commodity team in developing sourcing strategies, aligning technology roadmaps with key suppliers, and identifying new opportunities for technology development. Previous positions at KLA-Tencor include Technical Supply Chain Manager, where Huimin managed vendor relationships and achieved significant cost savings, and Applications Engineering Manager, focused on staff development and cross-functional resource management. Huimin began a research career as a Doctoral Researcher at the University of Rochester, where notable work included research on label-free biosensing techniques and the development of silicon-based photonic devices. Huimin earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rochester in 2006.
