Prasanti Uppaluri

Prasanti Uppaluri is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in engineering leadership and product development within the semiconductor and electronic design automation industries. Currently serving as Senior Engineering Director at KLA-Tencor since December 2014, Prasanti previously held various significant roles at Cadence Design Systems from 1996 to 2014, including Engineering Group Director and Engineering Director, where responsibilities included directing development and validation teams across multiple locations. A strong technical background is evident from earlier positions at Avant! and as a Visiting Research Assistant at the Universitaet des Saarlandes. Prasanti holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Iowa and a B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Victoria Jubilee Technical Institute.
