Ashly Jacob began their work experience as an Internship Trainee at KELTRON ADVANCED STUDIES in May 2017. They then worked as an AR Associate at Guidehouse from April 2018 to April 2019, where they were responsible for maintaining A/R records, processing payments, and following federal and state guidelines. From July 2019 to February 2020, Ashly worked as a Technical Support Engineer at RM Education Solutions India Pvt Ltd., providing technical support and investigating and implementing solutions for customer inquiries. From February 2020 to November 2022, they held the role of Senior System Engineer at the same company, where they were a source of technical support and responsible for addressing customer inquiries and service calls. Currently, Ashly is working as a Client Support Executive at KLAIM.AI since May 2023.
