Prakash Arumugam

Prakash Arumugam has extensive work experience in recruitment and human resources. Prakash is currently the Director of Recruitment at Klap6 Technologies since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Photon from October 2019 to February 2021. Before that, they held roles as a Lead and a Senior Technical Recruiter at Cortex Consultants LLC from December 2017 to October 2019. Prakash also worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at EGB Systems & Solutions from November 2012 to December 2017, and as an Associate (US IT Recruiter) at JM Information Systems LLC from April 2012 to November 2012. Prakash began their career as an HR Trainee at Aditya Birla Retail Limited from June 2011 to October 2011.

Prakash Arumugam completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Bharathidasan College of Arts & Science, Erode in 2009. Subsequently, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on HR & Marketing from Bharathidasan School of Business from 2009 to 2011.
