Monika Odzganova

Monika Odzganova has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Clinical Psychologist at Hospital St-Denis in 2012. During this role, they co-animated psychoanalytical group therapies for children and actively applied ABA (applied behavior analysis). In 2015, they joined StudentJob International as an International Recruiter, managing candidates from several European countries on 7 international companies' websites. Monika then moved to Zartis, an IT Talent consulting startup, where they were responsible for the full recruitment cycle. In 2018, they took a one-year career break to travel around Asia and pursue their personal projects related to the yoga practice. In 2020, they joined Amazon as a Senior Human Resources Associate supporting the French market. The following year, they joined Mondu as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, building teams from scratch and having full ownership of the recruitment process. Currently, they are a Tech Talent Acquisition Lead at Klar, a fintech startup located in Mexico with a tech team based in Berlin. Monika is actively contributing to the tech hiring, leading the full-recruitment cycle, creating best hiring practices for the company, and overseeing the overall tech hiring strategy.

Monika Odzganova obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9 in 2010-2013. Monika then participated in an Erasmus exchange program at the University of Limerick in 2012. Finally, they obtained a Master's degree in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology from a joint program between the University of Paris Descartes and the University of Valencia in 2013-2015.
