Andrew Halter

Andrew Halter is currently the Head of Legal at Klarna in Australia and New Zealand. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Lawyer at Sympli from July 2019 to April 2020. Andrew has also worked as Senior Legal Counsel & Company Secretary at PayPal from December 2014 to June 2019, as well as Legal Counsel at eftpos Payments Australia Limited from February 2014 to November 2014. Andrew began their career as a Solicitor at HWL Ebsworth in January 2011 and held this position until January 2014.

Andrew Halter has a double bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Laws with Honours from Macquarie University. Andrew also has a Practical Skills for Company Secretaries certification from the Governance Institute of Australia and a Legal Practice Management for Sole Practitioners certification from the College of Law. In addition, they have a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law and an Exchange in Business Administration from Arizona State University's W. P. Carey School of Business.
