Frederik Geweke

Frederik Geweke has a diverse range of work experience in data analytics and research. Frederik is currently working at Klarna as a Data Analytics Manager & Team Lead, where they lead a team responsible for building fraud prevention and detection services for Klarna's banking offering. Frederik'sresponsibilities include implementing python logic in real-time decision engines, developing a fraud monitoring system, building ETL data pipelines, and creating a containerized python environment for data analysts across the company. Prior to Klarna, Frederik worked as a Senior Data Analyst & Team Lead and Senior Data Analyst at Klarna. Before joining Klarna, they worked as a Data Analyst at a previous company. Frederik also has experience as a Research Assistant at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and as a Visiting Graduate Student & Lab Manager at the University of California San Diego.

Frederik Geweke completed their education in the field of Psychology. Frederik started with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree from The University of Göttingen, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. As part of their undergraduate studies, they spent a semester abroad at Cardiff Metropolitan University in 2013 and 2014 through the ERASMUS program. Frederik then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Psychology: Cognitive-Affective Neuroscience from Technische Universität Dresden, which they completed from 2015 to 2018.
