Klas Wikblad

Klas Wikblad has a extensive work experience in the field of IT and engineering. Klas is currently working as the Senior Engineering Manager of Influencer Product at Klarna since July 2021. Prior to this, they served as the CTO at APPRL from February 2014 to October 2021, where they were responsible for the full system platform and also handled interviews, recruitment, and other administrative and strategic tasks. Before that, Klas worked as an IT Consultant at Room40Consulting AB from July 2005 to August 2021, where they gained expertise in Java and various frameworks. Klas also worked as a Consultant at Heimore Group from October 2010 to October 2012 and at Connecta from November 2008 to October 2010. Klas started their career as a Consultant at MrFriday in July 2005 and worked there till April 2007. Additionally, they had a role as Caliber Technologies at Skill gaming Time from March 2007 to November 2008, where they were involved in system development and architecture using Java, Glassfish, Toplink JPA, EJB, MySQL, and Hibernate.

Klas Wikblad completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from KTH Royal Institute of Technology between 1999 and 2003. Additionally, they pursued another Bachelor's degree in Corporate Finance and Business Administration from the University of Stockholm from 2001 to 2004.
