Timothy Foster's work experience includes various roles at different companies. Timothy began their career in 2011 as the CEO and Founder/Creative Producer of their own company, Tim Foster, where they focused on video filming, photography, post-production, marketing, and brand collaborations with clients like Red Bull, Adidas, and BBC.

In 2011, Timothy also joined Apple as a Technical Specialist, solving complex consumer issues and serving as an Apple trainer and certified technician. Timothy later became a Genius/Acting Manager, overseeing store operations and daily tasks for a team of over 100 employees.

In 2019, Timothy joined Klarna, where they held several roles. Timothy started as a Senior Service Representative and then transitioned to the position of Global Information and Incident Management, coordinating internal resolutions for incidents across various divisions. Timothy then became the Customer Service UK Manager, responsible for building and managing a team of over 24 people, hiring, training, and ensuring legal compliance. Subsequently, Timothy worked as part of the UK&I GtM Sales Operations team before taking on the role of Business Development Manager. Currently, they serve as the Mid-Market Sales Lead for the UK & France at Klarna.
