Janelle Hullinger

Janelle Hullinger SHRM-CP has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Janelle began their career at One Stone Inc. as a Board Member, where they served from September 2009 to May 2010. Following this, Janelle worked at Hewlett-Packard as a Sales Architect for a brief period from June 2010 to August 2010. Janelle then joined Stonegate Center for the Arts as an Events Intern from March 2012 to July 2012.

In 2011, Janelle joined the Dean's Office at the Marriott School of Management, where they worked from December 2011 to April 2013. During this time, they gained experience in managing administrative tasks and supporting the functioning of the Dean's Office.

Janelle also worked as an Events Coordinator at BYU Conferences & Workshops from March 2013 to August 2013. Janelle then took on two roles at Southern Utah University, starting as an Assistant Director of the Speech & Presentation Center from August 2013 to May 2014, followed by an Adjunct Communication Instructor position from January 2014 to May 2014.

Janelle's experience in the hospitality industry includes roles at Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation. Janelle served as an Events Coordinator from May 2014 to February 2015. Janelle then transitioned to a position as a Human Resources Specialist, where they collaborated with the General Manager to improve HR policies and processes for various departments from February 2015 to January 2016. Later, they were promoted to Events Team Manager, overseeing the operations of an events team and successfully doubling its size from January 2016 to December 2016.

In 2017, Janelle joined Comcast as a Talent Acquisition Manager, where they worked closely with various stakeholders to optimize HR processes, improve retention, and rebuild the organizational culture from March 2017 to December 2019.

Most recently, Janelle has been working at KLAS as a People Operations Manager, responsible for leading HR processes and doubling the company's workforce from January 2020 to August 2021. Janelle was then promoted to the role of People Operations Director, where they focus on cultural alignment, enhancing employee experiences, and supporting the company's aggressive growth plans.
