Janelle Hullinger SHRM-CP has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Most recently, Janelle has been working at KLAS as a People Operations Manager, responsible for leading HR processes and doubling the company's workforce from January 2020 to August 2021. Janelle was then promoted to the role of People Operations Director, where they focus on cultural alignment, enhancing employee experiences, and supporting the company's aggressive growth plans.
