Karen Gabriela Torres Avendaño

Karen Gabriela Torres Avendaño possesses substantial expertise in research and development, currently serving as an Especialista en investigación y desarrollo at KlassCo since December 2018. Prior experience includes a role focused on product development and quality at Seasoning de México S. A de C. V from October 2017 to October 2018, concentrating on creating and improving products tailored to customer specifications in areas such as flavors, seasonings, dairy, vegetable fats, and colorants. Additionally, Karen contributed to academic and research support at CAT FESC UNAM, where responsibilities included physicochemical analysis of cereals and seeds, as well as quality auditor training.
