Mervi Sepp Rei

Mervi Sepp Rei is an experienced professional in the fields of machine learning and data science, currently serving as the Director of Machine Learning at Zendesk QA (Klaus) since October 2020, after holding various related positions including Head of Machine Learning and Data, Data Science Lead, and Data Scientist. Previous roles include Data Scientist and Product Manager at Topia, Data Scientist at STACC, Chief Feeling Engineer at Feelingstream, Senior Analyst at IP Callcenters, and Researcher at the Institute of Cybernetics at Tallinn University of Technology. Mervi Sepp Rei holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Applied Physics from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology and has extensive academic experience, including exchange studies in Japan and foundational degrees in Engineering Physics.
