Jonathan Espiritu Cipp/E

Jonathan Espiritu holds certifications in privacy (CIPP/US and CIPP/E) and has extensive experience in legal counsel with a focus on privacy and compliance. Currently serving as Senior Counsel, Privacy at Klaviyo since January 2023, Jonathan leads the development and maintenance of the company's global privacy program. Previous roles include Managing Counsel, Privacy & Compliance at Snyk, where Jonathan managed various privacy initiatives, and legal consultant positions at Chobani and Twilio, focusing on compliance and commercial transactions. Earlier experience includes Senior Corporate Counsel roles at MediaMath and Mosaic Group, where Jonathan handled commercial deals and data privacy compliance, as well as a position at Dell EMC leading policy development. Jonathan earned a J.D. from New York Law School and a BA in Economics and Political Science from Binghamton University.
