Kea Schwiebert is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in executive search and talent acquisition within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Principal Recruiter for Executive Search at Klaviyo since June 2024, Schwiebert previously held the position of Partner at Kindred Partners from April 2021 to January 2024, where focus centered on helping entrepreneurs build successful teams in venture-backed technology firms.
