Monica Davis is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in both strategic and operational roles across various industries. Currently, Monica serves as Lead HRBP for Global Sales & Solution Architecture at Klaviyo, following a role as Senior Human Resources Consultant at Smart Startup HR, LLC. Previously, Monica held positions at CyberArk, managing HR functions for a large go-to-market team, and at William James College, where Monica led recruitment and developed diversity initiatives.
